Frederick Soulban Graduating from the Hotel Management School in Beirut, Lebanon, Frederick has extensive experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in Food and Beverage. Although he has spent much of his career with Rotana Hotels, starting with the Towers Rotana in Dubai as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2007, Frederick was also previously with the InterContinental Hotel Phoenicia Beirut and progressed from the position of Restaurant Manager to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage. Growing through the ranks, Frederick was then promoted to the position of Director of Food and Beverage a position he held at two Rotana hotels prior to his promotion to the position of Executive Assistant Manager at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai.
