Heather Eubank has been appointed Director of Events at Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport
To continue the success of event management partnerships at Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport, Heather Eubank, CMP is announced as the new director of events. With more than two decades of experience in the convention services industry, Eubank brings a fresh perspective to the hotel to leverage and implement new trends and opportunities while achieving superior and memorable guest experiences. In her most recent role at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Eubank achieved more than 50 sales bookings and $2.6 million in catering revenue for 2015. Eubank has been honored for her contagious team leader spirit and motivating and leading events teams resulting in positive guest and hotel goals. She has been recognized as an event manager of the year nominee for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and named winner in 2000. Eubank has proven ability to provide high quality service to guests with 100 percent in guest service scores year after year. Active in Women@Hyatt and other community programs, she is focused on creating memories, connecting people, serving others, being involved in the community and her family.
