Matt KempQ Station Sydney Harbour National Park Manly has announced the appointment of Matt Kemp as the new Executive Chef, overseeing all F&B offerings across the property including Boilerhouse Restaurant & Bar from 1 March 2016. One of Australia’s most well-respected and recognised chefs, Matt Kemp is no stranger to Q Station having been the Ambassador Chef for Boilerhouse Restaurant since March 2014. Matt’s most recent role up till this month was heading the highly popular Charing Cross Hotel Dining Room in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Formerly of Randwick’s Restaurant Balzac and the hatted Banc Restaurant, amongst many other highly-regarded restaurants, he has worked alongside some of the best in the business. Following this appointment, a revamp of all F&B offerings including dining at Boilerhouse Restaurant, Conferencing & Events as well as Weddings, will be rolled out over 2016.
