Robert GrossmanThe Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa is pleased to welcome Robert Grossman as General Manager, bringing a wealth of leadership experience to the luxury, beachfront resort. An industry veteran with more than 40 years in hospitality, Grossman has spent the last ten in South Florida, having most recently served as General Manager of the Sheraton Suites Key West, an Ocean Properties, Ltd. resort. There he was the recipient of the Key West General Manager award in 2012 and the Property of the Year award in 2014. Prior to his time in Key West, he served as the Opening General Manager of the Embassy Suites Rockside in Cleveland, as well as the Area General Manager of Cleveland Hilton South, where he achieved top customer scores and financial results. In his position as the General Manager at Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa, Grossman will play a key role in the daily decision making and strategy on behalf of the AAA Four-Diamond resort and will be responsible for revenue generation, guest and associate satisfaction as well as direct management of hotel and service quality. Grossman's hotel experience is complimented by his extensive leadership involvement in the hotel and tourism industry. He was a member of the Lodging Associations Board of Directors in Key West, as well as served as President of the Cleveland Lodging Association. Grossman received his Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management from the University of New Haven. Throughout his career in hospitality, he is known to consistently achieve outstanding guest satisfaction, associate engagement and house profit, and looks forward to maintaining that streak at the Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa.
