Park Regis Birmingham has appointed experienced chef Tom Biddle as Executive Chef, with responsibility for all of the hotels food and beverage offerings. Biddle, who trained at UCB, joins Park Regis after a string of high-profile catering roles including executive and head chef positions across the UK, most recently at Tudor Park Marriott in Kent, where he became the groups youngest ever head chef at the age of 25.
