Kevin Down has been promoted Vice President of Acquisitions at Arbor Lodging
Arbor Lodging Partners, a hotel owner and operator based in the USA, has promoted Kevin Down to VP of acquisitions. Down assumes this new position following three years as director of investments for Arbor. Down started at Arbor as an associate and has previous experience at Paramount Lodging Advisors. He earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA in real estate finance and investment from DePaul University.
