Monika Cepaitis has been promoted Asset Management Associate at Arbor Lodging
Arbor Lodging Partners, a hotel owner and operator based in the USA, has promoted Monika Cepaitis to asset management associate. Cepaitis rises within Arbor after almost three years as the company's corporate administrator, during which she has been involved in matters related to strategic planning, financial reporting, capital projects and investor reporting. In her new role, Cepaitis will continue to increase her leadership role in these key asset management functions, according to the company. Prior to joining Arbor, she served as an account executive for Brickfish and Havas Worldwide. Cepaitis earned her BA in communications from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign.
