Russell Brown has been appointed Food and Beverage Director at The QHotels Collection
QHotels has appointed Russ Brown as food and beverage director to drive the food and drink offering of the group’s 26 four-star hotels across the UK. Brown, who has more than 35 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, joins from Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotels, where he held the same role. While there he launched a number of independent restaurant brands into the portfolio, as well as a food and beverage training academy. This new role sees Brown return to QHotels, having previously worked as executive chef at the group’s Crewe Hall in Cheshire.
