Sebastian Sagasti The InterContinental Mark Hopkins is proud to announce the following new hires and promotions across the engineering, food and beverage, and housekeeping teams. Sebastian Sagasti has been promoted from Assistant Banquets/Outlets Manager to Outlet Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Top of the Mark. Prior to joining the InterContinental Mark Hopkins, Sebastian worked in various event, management, and catering sales and operations roles at restaurants and hotels in Quito, Ecuador. As Outlet Manager, he will continue to manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, establish performance and development goals for team members, develop and update beverage menu and specials, and work in coordination with suppliers.
