All respected professionals in the hospitality and culinary industries, Gonzalez, Cobb and McIntire will bring exceptional leadership, skill and knowledge to their respective positions, allowing The Highland Dallas to continue delivering unprecedented service and top-quality dining experiences to guests. Bringing an extensive resume of high-end food and beverage expertise, McIntire supervises all aspects of on-site events at The Highland Dallas. In addition to managing banquet staff, he oversees food presentation and assists with menu selection. McIntire has held impressive leadership roles throughout his career. He spent nine years with the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas, climbing the ranks from manager to Events manager, specializing in high-end weddings and corporate events. McIntire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television and Film from University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He is a Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Spirits Specialist through the Society of Wine Educators.
