Leading global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CIGI, TSX:CIG) today announced that Bryan Younge has joined the firm as National Hospitality and Leisure Group Practice Leader and Managing Director of Valuation & Advisory Services. Throughout his career Younge has completed appraisal, financial reporting, litigation support and consulting assignments throughout North America, Latin America, South America, Europe and the Pacific Rim. His real estate valuation experience includes the analysis of a diverse range of assets including luxury resorts, commercial and convention hotels, community and regional shopping centers, airport facilities and special land use projects. Younge holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Business Law from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Hospitality Real Estate Finance at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
