Meghan Bobertz has been appointed Director of Hospitality Development at Lightstone
Lightstone, a national real estate investor/developer, announced today the appointment of Meghan Bobertz as a Director of Hotel Development. Ms. Bobertz will handle hotel pre-development and development responsibilities for specific projects, which include managing and directing operational aspects of project design, start-up construction and land development in accordance with pre-development and construction schedules and budgets. She will report into Christopher Baxter, Senior Vice President, Hospitality. Ms. Bobertz joins Lightstone after most recently serving as a Vice President, Construction at The Witkoff Group in New York, where she was responsible for project management, financial reporting and day-to-day design and construction management for on-going hotel developments. Earlier in her career, she was a project architect at firms in Chicago, IL and Cambridge, MA. Ms. Bobertz graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor and Masters of Architecture.
