Scott PharrThe iconic Hilton Anatole today announced the promotion of Scott Pharr to the position of Director of Catering. An industry veteran and expert within the local Dallas market, Pharr has been an integral part of the Anatole team for 18 years, and a member of the hotels celebrated catering department for the past 13. Scott first joined the Anatole team in 1998 as manager of the then Wyndham Anatoles 5-star Nana Grill. Most recently, Pharr served as Assistant Director of Catering, contributing to the departments notable growth and longstanding reputation of excellence. Scott Pharr truly embodies the spirit of the Hilton Anatole and it has been exciting to witness his path to the Director of Catering position, says General Manager Harold Rapoza. We have no doubt Scott will continue to raise the bar and to solidify the Anatole as the premiere venue for exceptional local events in North Texas. As Director of Catering, Scott Pharr will oversee all aspects of the hotels award-winning catering operation, including the mentoring and development of junior managers. In this new role, Pharr will also be responsible for increasing awareness for the hotels wide variety of venue options for events of all sizes, while leading the team to meet their financial goals. Scott will play a hands-on role in solidifying and growing key relationships within the local community, while driving the successful booking and execution of all local catering events. A Dallas native, Scott Pharr briefly moved to Austin before returning to Dallas where he currently resides.
