Robin Kennedy has been appointed Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Development at Montage International
Prior to joining Montage Hotels & Resorts, she served as VP, acquisitions at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, a publicly traded REIT. During her tenure, Pebblebrook acquired 24 properties representing more than $2.5 billion of total asset value. In addition, Kennedy led several high-impact strategic asset management projects including brand conversions and F&B leasing throughout the portfolio. Previously, she spent more than eight years with Marriott International, holding multiple management roles within business development, including VP, full-service development. In that role, Kennedy was responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Marriott International, including The Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Edition, Marriott, JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels and Autograph Collection Hotels throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
