Moving forward, O’Donohoe will continue to assist hospitality clients with their strategic direction while helping to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce their cost of sale, according to the company. With StarCite since 2006, O’Donohoe led the growth of a global meetings and business travel marketplace linking corporate meetings and travel buyers with more than 130,000 hotel properties and travel suppliers around the world, according to the company. StarCite had an investor exit with its purchase by Active Network in 2011. With Active, O’Donohoe was responsible for continued growth of the global supplier business, leading to an acquisition by Vista Equity Partners in 2013. O’Donohoe’s previous roles also include leading global sales and strategy for the Smart Hotel Cloud business at Lanyon.
