Jason YuThe Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Southern California's iconic landmark hotel, has appointed Jason Yu as its new Chef de Cuisine at The Terrace at The Langham Huntington, Pasadena. Chef Yu's culinary philosophy and use of local ingredients, will complement the existing California bistro-style menu, as well as bring a fresh outlook to some of the restaurants signature dishes. After cooking in the kitchens of some of the finest restaurants in Los Angeles, including Laurel Hardware, Ysabel, and Moreton Fig, Chef Yu brings over thirteen years of experience in the industry. He will oversee food and beverage operations for the signature hotel restaurant and lead a veteran staff of culinary professionals. Yu and his dynamic team will provide one-of-a-kind culinary experiences for guests and diners alike. Jason Yu received his culinary education from The Art Institute of California.
