In his new role, Levine will oversee the hotels’ Business Travel Team and direct pricing strategy, property initiatives and guest recognition programs among other functions for Hilton Chicago, Palmer House, Drake Hotel, Embassy Suites Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile, Hilton O’Hare, & Hilton Rosemont. Prior experience includes serving as area senior sales manager for Hiltons of Chicago and director of rooms for Eldridge and Oread Hotel in Lawrence, Kansas. The Hiltons of Chicago Business Travel Team, led by Levine, launched a new program that invites corporate guests to connect at their home away from home with the Building a Business Travel Community. As an added incentive, corporate clientele are invited to mingle at private events hosted at each hotel in their honor. Each function offers unique themes like gingerbread housing making demonstrations, partnering with Stop Hunger Now to produce over 10,000 meals and more. To date, the team has held 10 Building Community events with attendance of more than 75 people per event. Levine is recognized for creating a lead generating program and standard operating procedure by offering incentive to operations team producing close to $1 million in new revenue since its inception.
