Andrew ChadwickMaines premier beach destination, Inn by the Sea, appointed Andrew Chadwick Executive Chef of Sea Glass, the hotels ocean view restaurant, announced the Inns General Manager, Michael Briggs. Chef Chadwick will develop and execute menus for Sea Glass Restaurant, and oversee all aspects of the resorts dining options including lounge, room and pool service, weddings, social events and corporate meetings. Chef Chadwick joins Inn by the Sea after a distinguished culinary career as Executive Sous Chef at the renowned Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod where he managed all 6 of the resorts restaurants and developed a reputation for showcasing a modern approach to food and presentation, while respecting classical cooking techniques. Chef Chadwick brings both talent and experience to our culinary team, said Briggs. Having spent many years working together at Chatham Bars Inn I know the Chefs creative style and focus on fresh seasonal and regional fare will bring Sea Glass menus to life. I am confident his philosophy of using the highest quality regional ingredients, classical cooking techniques and innovative composition will elevate the dining experience at the Inn. Previously, Chadwick was Executive Chef at Cherrystones Restaurant in Falmouth, Ma and later opened a sister restaurant, Oysters Too, winning local accolades as the Best Place to Dine for 3 consecutive years. He began his career at Chatham Bars Inn as Garde Manager Chef, and was later promoted to Chef de Cuisine for the resorts modern steak house, Stars, before taking over as Executive Sous Chef for the resorts multiple dining options.
