After studying at Paul Augier in Nice, Christophe Chauvin gets a BEP kitchen and a BTS in hotel management. In 1998, he joined the Hilton in Cannes as Assistant Room Service, and then he moved to London to take bartender positions and chief steward in the same group. In 2002, he joined the Hotel Martinez in Cannes 5 stars and rose as Head Beach and Food and Beverage Manager. In 2007, he joined the mythical Byblos St Tropez as Deputy Director and then CEO a year later.
