Elise Roberts has been appointed General Manager at The Gallivant

The two-AA-rosette Gallivant restaurant with rooms in Camber Sands, East Sussex, has appointed Elise Roberts as its new general manager. Roberts started her career in hospitality at the five-AA-star Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel, in London, rising through the ranks to become one of the youngest cluster directors of sales for the Waldorf and Trafalgar hotels, aged 26. She was then headhunted to join the Aviator Hotel by TAG at Farnborough Private Airport as director of sales and marketing, working across departments.
