Giuseppe Soccio The Italian national has more than 13 years of experience in luxury hospitality, and grew up in a family that was involved in the hospitality sector. Soccio started his career in 2004 at the Four Seasons Milan after securing his diploma in Hospitality Administration and further continuing his studies in SDA Bocconi Milan where he went on to earn a Masters in F&B Management. Soccio kept adding to his scholastic achievement completing courses at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne and the Emirates Academy in Dubai. He went on to work for several luxury five-star properties thereafter, such as Molino Stucky Venice, Westin Palace Milan, Ritz Carlton Dubai DIFC and last the Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. “In a few years I was able to become F&B operations manager having started as a mixologist,” Soccio said. Through the course of his career, he has collaborated with several fashion stylist, celebrities and Michelin starred chefs. He has also participated in different worldwide wine and spirits competitions. In his new role, Soccio will be tasked with driving top-line growth while keeping a strong focus on innovation and quality. He is also an executive member of the Italian Hotel Managers Association and partner of the Court of Master Sommelier & Cigars Connoisseurs.
