Chad Cobb joined Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC) as Senior Director of Hotel Finance

Leo Spriggs, President and CEO of Hospitality Management Corporation (HMC), is pleased to announce the return of Chad Cobb to Senior Corporate Director of Hotel Finance. Prior to his most recent role as Controller for Osage Nation Indian Tribe in Pawhuska, OK, he spent 15 years with the company as Director of Accounting. He will be reporting to the Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the numerous hotels within HMC’s managed portfolio. He will also oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financials, forecasts, future operating results and cash management and leading the transitional accounting efforts for newly acquired assets. Cobb will also supervise the corporate accounting staff. Chad Cobb most recently earned a B.B.A in Destination Management from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah Oklahoma.
