Jason DenbyThe Ranch, a health and wellness company that features two results-oriented wellness programs and a vegan meal delivery service, is excited to announce that Jason Denby is joining the team as the Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships. In his new role, Denby will support The Ranch Malibu and The Ranch 4.0 in reaching a broader client base, expanding into new markets and promoting the brand on the sales side with a focus on group bookings. Denby will also build upon The Ranch’s partnerships; utilizing his experience in guest relations and extensive background in hospitality sales to increase the brand’s awareness and recognition throughout the country. Serving as the primary contact for luxury travel advisors, Denby also plans to highlight The Ranch 4.0 as meeting and convention locations; allowing the program to become a corporate and group travel destination for industry leaders. Denby first met The Ranch’s Founders, CEO Alex Glasscock and Chief Creative Director Sue Glasscock, in 2012 at the SpaFinders Global Health and Wellness Summit, in Aspen, Colorado. “During our first encounter I was inspired by their passion for wellness and the mission of the programs,” said Denby, “I decided then that I would someday work for The Ranch.” Following their meeting, Denby transitioned from the private sector of the healthcare policy world into hospitality, starting his career at the Capella hotel in Washington, DC in hotel services. Throughout his time at the hotel, including its purchase and re-branding to Rosewood, Jason held several roles—migrating from a sales position to one within hotel operations, including a focus in relationships and brand alliances. His experience and connections in both the healthcare and hospitality industries make him uniquely qualified for his new position with The Ranch. Denby officially joins The Ranch team this month and will be working remotely from Washington, D.C.
