Stephane LacroixStephane Lacroix joins the team as Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. While he was most recently Director of Food and Beverage at Baccarat Hotel & Residences in New York City, Lacroix is also familiar with the Beverly Hills market, with past experience at The Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air. Lacroix will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at the hotel, and will work closely with Jean-Georges to ensure proper execution.
