Renato De Oliveira In his capacity as Hotel Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, Renato is responsible for the management and operations of the hotel’s 608 guest rooms and suites. He oversees the entire Rooms Division comprising the Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge, Housekeeping and The Ritz-Carlton Club teams, in addition to The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Engineering, and Loss Prevention departments. A passionate hotelier, Renato possesses more than 16 years of hospitality experience; 12 of which were spent holding key appointments in five Ritz-Carlton properties across three continents. Renato’s journey with The Ritz-Carlton brand commenced in 2004 with The Ritz-Carlton, Hotel Arts Barcelona and he most recently served as Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan before moving to Singapore. He holds a Degree in Tourism Management from the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management. Originally from Brazil, Renato is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
