Lorenzo AntinoriOriginally from Rome, Italy, Antinori brings with him a wealth of international experience as a bartender working in many different locations around the world. Antinori began his hospitality career at the Hotel de Russie, part of the Rocco Forte Collection in Rome, then re-located to Australia and Mexico before settling down in London, England working at the renowned Savoy Hotel’s American Bar and Beaufort Bar from 2011 to 2015. During this time, Antinori’s bar team was awarded sixth on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2011 and Best International Hotel Bar 2015. Before making the decision to move to Seoul, Antinori held the post of Head Bartender at The Mondrian Hotel London’s Dandelyan bar, where he took the bar to new heights and positioned the bar to third on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2016. After great success in London, Antinori’s arrival in Seoul is a welcome addition to Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, bringing to the team not only his great pedigree and extensive bartending experience but also his passion and enthusiasm for Charles H. Baker and his story.
