Stacy Rosario has been appointed Director of Social Catering at Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami
Kimpton EPIC Hotel, in downtown Miami, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stacy Rosario as the Director of Social Catering. In her new role, Rosario will be responsible for leading the social catering team, planning and executing events, and managing new business development. Rosario joins EPIC with more than seven years of hospitality catering experience and a vast knowledge of the Miami market. She most recently held catering management roles at the Four Seasons Miami, Viceroy Miami and JW Marriott Miami. Rosario earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida International University. She also holds a national wedding planner certification from Wedding Planning Institute. When Rosario isn’t leading EPIC’s catering team and ensuring a one-of-a-kind social experience, she enjoys travelling, painting or attending concerts.
