Michel Serrano has been appointed Chief Operations Officer of Asia Pacific at Dream Hotel Group
Renowned hotel brand and management company Dream Hotel Group pleased to announce the opening of its first international office in Bangkok – a milestone moment as the business continues to rapidly expand its footprint across the Asia Pacific region. Home to its Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal and Unscripted brands, Dream Hotel Group encompasses three business lines: Proprietary Brands, Hotel Management and Dining and Nightlife. In addition, Michel Serrano has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer, Asia Pacific, overseeing operations for Dream Hotel Group’s regional office. Reporting into Kevin Wallace, Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Mr Serrano marks the first of several major appointments to be announced this year. Prior to joining Dream Hotel Group, Mr Serrano has held positions in the hospitality industry for the past twenty years in many corners of the world, including Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Australia, Paris, Vietnam and Thailand. Serrano served most recently as CEO of Odyssea Hospitality in Ho Chi Minh City before taking his new role with Dream Hotel Group in Asia. He also held several positions with Centara Hotels and Resorts in Thailand.
