Nicole L. BonenfantHalekulani, the luxurious Hawaiian hotel home to Oahu’s timeless legacy, is proud to announce new hires and promotions made in its Human Resources Department, effective immediately. With her incredible regard for customer and employee satisfaction, Halekulani has promoted Nicole L. Bonenfant to Director of Human Resources. In this new role, Ms. Bonenfant will be responsible for developing and administering Halekulani’s human resources policies, procedures and programs to reinforce the high standard of the company’s culture management, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation and organizational development. She will also act as the liaison for employment matters regarding Halekulani in collaboration with the Corporate Director of Human Resources. After having served in a number of other human resources roles since 1996 as Human Resources Assistant, Benefits Administrator and, her most recent position, Human Resources Manager, she is now working alongside her colleagues in the Human Resources Department, the Executive Committee and the hotel managers to further drive corporate awareness and maintain Halekulani’s excellent reputation in employee retention.
