Rocco Bova

Joined Chablé Resort & Spa as General Manager

Rocco BovaThe team at Chablé Resort & Spa, the newly opened five-star spa retreat in the Yucatán, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rocco Bova to the position of General Manager. Drawing on twenty years of executive management experience in the luxury hospitality business, including top properties in India, Oman, Mauritius and the Dominican Republic, Mr. Bova will be responsible for overall management of the resort. Mr. Bova joins Chablé directly following a General Manager role at Amanera Resort in the Dominican Republic. Before joining Amanera in 2016, he spent several years tenuring management roles in leading hospitality properties, including Resort Manager at the St. Regis and Resident Manager at LUX* Le Morne both in Mauritius, Food & Beverage Director at Al Bustan Palace in Oman and Executive Assistant Manager at Aman New Delhi (now The Lodhi), India. Mr. Bova hails from Italy and is a graduate of the Westminster College and further educated at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, Dubai and Cornell University, Singapore. His specialties include hotel & resort management, finance, hotel openings and branding. He is also fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French.
