Franklyn D’Costa The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has warmly welcomed Mr. Franklyn D’Costa to the appointed role of Director of Food & Beverage. He has arrived on the island direct from chilly England where he was formerly the Operations Manager for De Vere Cotswold Water Park, a luxury countryside hotel and event venue. Franklyn completed two hospitality diplomas before going on to participate in a year-long program as a Management Trainee at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai, India. From there he relocated to Scotland where he studied at a leading Edinburgh university for his B.A in Hospitality Management. As a fresh graduate, Franklyn joined Marriott Hotels & Resorts in 2006 where he primarily worked at properties within the United Kingdom. In only a matter of years he had risen up through the ranks to the position of F&B Manager at the Birmingham Marriott Hotel.
