Kyp CharalambousPreviously director of leisure sales, Charalambous' new role will see him drive the overall sales strategy for the resort, with a focus on maximising room revenue, occupancy and market share for Atlantis. He will be responsible for continuing to grow the resort’s market share in all key markets and ensuring the resort's presence throughout existing and developing regions – the resort currently welcomes guests from 200 countries across the world. In addition, he will play an integral role in increasing business for the resort’s Imperial Club and suites offering whilst continuing to deliver campaigns across sales, marketing and PR. Charalambous joined Atlantis, The Palm in 2009 and has over 20 years of industry experience leading a team of sales managers and delivering commercial results. Prior to Atlantis, he worked across various market segments in luxury hotels including the InterContinental Hotel Group and Hyatt.
