Named Vice President of Food and Beverage

Live! Casino & Hotel have announced that culinary industry veteran Jeffery Oliveri has been appointed Vice President of Food and Beverage.
Mr Oliveri will leverage 25 years of culinary management experience to oversee the strategic direction of Live! Casino & Hotel’s complete food and beverage operations, including fine dining, fast casual restaurants, catering and banquets. In his role, Mr Oliveri will focus on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining premiere culinary quality at the casino and the flagship luxury Live! Hotel that is set to open in early 2018.
Mr Oliveri brings a wealth of knowledge in culinary arts and team member development to Live! Casino & Hotel, most recently serving as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Horseshoe Casino, where he oversaw the opening of several celebrity and local restaurants. Previously, Mr Oliveri served as the Executive Chef at L’Auberge Casino and Hotel in Baton Rouge and the company’s sister property, Lumiere Hotel and Casino in St. Louis. He also worked as a banquet and executive chef at Epcot Park at Walt Disney World.
Among Mr Oliveri’s career achievements are his position as Food and Beverage consultant to the Royal Family of Morocco in 2016, and 16 years of corporate catering at the Masters Golf tournament in Augusta, Georgia. He holds a level one Sommelier Certification and is HACCP and ServSafe Certified.
