George Stowers joined AJ Capital Partners as Senior VP of Development and Construction
AJ Capital Partners has announced the hire of a new member to its team, George Stowers, as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction, overseeing all development and construction projects for AJ Capital Partners and specifically the Graduate Hotels portfolio – a hotel collection targeting university-anchored markets across the country that celebrates each town’s unique local culture and history. Most recently, Mr Stowers led Strategic Hotels & Resorts’ construction and development group as Vice President, Design & Construction. Prior to that, he ran his own business, Stowers, LCC, a project management company offering construction advisory services. Mr Stowers brings over 15 years of experience to AJ Capital Partners, having consulted on a variety of commercial and industrial capital projects spanning across industries including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and aviation.
