Thomas JulianoCote Family Companies, a family-owned business with a collection of resorts, real estate holdings and traditional summer camps in Minnesota and Arizona, today announced the appointment of Thomas Juliano as CEO of the hospitality company. Juliano brings over thirty years of hospitality and executive leadership experience to his new role, which will include overseeing the operation of Tanque Verde Ranch, Grand View Lodge, Grand View Real Estate and Camps – Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert. Juliano started his career with Westin and Marriott, where he developed strong operational knowledge as food & beverage director, rooms director and general manager, before ultimately supervising multiple properties at the executive level. He continued along the executive path in the roles of assistant vice president of operations of Aston Hotels & Resorts, regional vice president of RockResorts, and vice president of lodging of Vail Resorts, where he was responsible for Keystone and Breckenridge Resorts. Additionally, Juliano spent nearly a decade supervising luxury hotels and resorts in Hawaii as vice president of the Kea Lani Hotel (now The Fairmont Kea Lani). Most recently, he worked with SilverWest Hotel Partners as the owner representative and asset manager for their Hawaii and Texas properties.
