Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG), the premier technology solutions association in the hospitality industry, is pleased to announce its new Director of Membership, Laura Folkl. Laura began her career in hotel/destination sales and marketing where she discovered her passion for "selling the experience." With over nine years of experience working in associations, Laura has comprehensive expertise in membership, marketing and event management. Laura also possesses a broad understanding of stakeholder engagement, strategic partnership development and revenue generation. In her most recent position, Laura was the Director of Membership and Events at the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce in Chicago. In this role, Laura strategically directed the organization in member activation and retention growth.Laura and the HTNG team will be in attendance at HITEC Toronto on 26-29 June.
