Jared Williams has been appointed General Manager at The Highland Dallas
The Highland Dallas is pleased to announce the appointment of Jared Williams as General Manager. With more than ten years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jared will bring his exceptional leadership skills and established luxury hospitality expertise to The Highland. In his new role, Jared is responsible for maintaining overall guest and employee satisfaction as well as the property’s operations and performance. Jared will oversee all aspects of the hotel and work closely with the property team to create synergies and continue delivering unparalleled service and programming at the hotel. Jared is joining The Highland Dallas following three years as the General Manager of Magnolia Hotel in Dallas, where he successfully achieved revenue and service goals, oversaw major hotel renovations and facilitated the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Prior to that, Jared spent five years with Magnolia Hotel in Houston, Texas holding vital leadership roles such as Corporate Sales Manager, Director of Housekeeping, Director of Operations and Hotel Manager, where he honed his management and problem-solving skills. His proven success in identifying market opportunities and ensuring operational excellence earned him multiple awards including “Hotel of The Year: Magnolia Hotel Dallas” in 2015. A Texas native, Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management with honors from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, exercising and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
