Jill La FleurAs Director of Catering, Jill La Fleur is responsible for overseeing all catering and banquet initiatives at Hotel Californian. The initiatives include weddings, private events, and executive retreats. With over 25 years of experience, La Fleur sets the stage as a premiere innovator and trendsetter in the industry. Before her role at Hotel Californian, La Fleur worked for a number of luxury hotels including the Four Seasons Chicago, the Four Seasons Biltmore Santa Barbara, and El Encanto Hotel where she worked in various roles ­– from concierge, reservations, to sales and catering. For the past 14 years, La Fleur has been running her own successful wedding and events company. She has worked alongside some of the most exclusive properties around the world and specializes in curating and designing lavish destination weddings and events. Most recently, she was recognized by Martha Stewart Weddings as one of the top wedding planners in the world.
