Samantha Larson has been appointed Guest Experience Manager at Radisson Blu Minneapolis
Larson graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in communications and public relations in 2014. Her experience in hotels began in 2015 at M Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, where she served as a VIP sales and marketing ambassador, servicing a range of clientele with customer service, executing marketing plans for special events and establishing and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues, corporate executives and with clients and guests of the hotel. In 2016, Larson became a real estate agent for Realty Group in Coon Rapids, Minn. Earlier in her career, Larson’s experience as an intern at the Wild Basin Lodge & Event Center in Allenspark, Colo., as a server at both Boulder Cork in Boulder, Colo., and Murray’s Steakhouse in Minneapolis have provided her with understanding in how to provide a hospitable experience to customers.
