Emre Kirazci has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa in Manama
Kirazci joins Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa with strong backgrounds extending from the hospitality sector. In 2012, Kirazci was appointed as the director of global accounts at FRHI Hotels (Fairmont, Raffles, and Swissotel Hotels). With the merger of AccorHotels and FRHI Hotels, Kirazci then moved to the regional sales team as director of key leisure accounts heading the leisure segment within Middle East region. Originally for Turkey, Kirazci has a double major degree in business and tourism from Middlesex University. He aims to promote the property with 262 rooms and suites, eight F&B outlets, the only Thalassa Spa in the Middle East, and four meeting rooms along with a 10,000m2 ballroom.
