Doug Ficke has been promoted Director of Accounting at R.A. Rauch & Associates, Inc.

Doug Ficke served as the Corporate Accounting Manager at RAR for three years and advanced into the Director of Accounting position. Doug’s responsibilities include oversight of the accounting and financial functions for all hotels managed by RAR. Doug has an educational background in accounting, electrical engineering and chemistry from Arizona State University.
