Nicolas KurbanIn this new role, Kurban will run Kimpton’s locally inspired bars and restaurants in the East and West respectively. They’ll partner with the executive chef and on-property teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and generate a profitable bottom line for Kimpton’s more than 80 restaurants and bars, according to the brand. Kurban will work closely F&B leadership to develop key food and beverage initiatives and expand Kimpton’s international footprint. Prior to joining Kimpton, Kurban held the role of COO at Innovative Dining Group, which operates restaurant concepts in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Scottsdale, AZ.
