Leading and managing all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives. With over 10 years of sal es leadership background, Ruben's path showcases successful tenures within brands in Florida including Hilton Miami Downtown, Westin Beach Resort & Spa and Eden Roc Resort Miami Beach- then a Destination Hotel, with the latter catapulting him to additional luxury resorts experiences in other markets in San Antonio's Hill Country and Northern Virginia within Two Roads Hospitality and Destination Hotels at La Cantera Resort and Spa and Lansdowne Resort and Spa, respectively.
