Steven comes to Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise from QT Museum Wellington, New Zealand, where he was General Manager from August 2015. He has held various General Manager positions with Event Hospitality & Entertainment since 2008, and has a strong background in all facets of operations, with extensive experience in food and beverage.
