Lynda SimonettiWaldorf Astoria Chicago has welcomed Lynda Simonetti as the private restaurant events manager for both MINA Group culinary concepts in the hotel, Margeaux Brasserie and Petit Margeaux. Simonetti will leverage her local knowledge of Chicago and extensive worldwide experience to coordinate and promote all events, servicing local patrons and global traveler’s alike. Simonetti will also handle all restaurant events at the Conrad Chicago, including culinary concepts by chef Richard Sandoval, Baptiste & Bottle and Noyane. Perfect for year-round corporate and social occasions, the hotel's brasserie-inspired private dining room is located on the third floor and designed to be reminiscent of 1920’s Paris, with rich burgundy leather chairs paired with dark wood tables with gold lining, comfortably seating 40 people. Private dining menus are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and feature timeless French dishes made with Midwestern ingredients.
