Rabih, who is Lebanese, has started his career in the industry as receptionist. He held various positions as Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager and Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms. This is his first position at Carlson Rezidor and his first positions as Hotel Manager. Rabih makes every moment matter by making a difference in people’s lives without expecting anything in return. Just to put a smile on their faces. He believes that kindness and courtesy are at the root of a positive customer service experience. Most people do not know that Rabih is running a small charity organization.
