Most recently, Gombos hails from the Paradisus Playa del Carmen, La Perla & La Esmeralda, a Melia Hotels International Brand, where he served as Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing the luxury resort’s 15 restaurants and 16 bars. Previously, Gombos held various executive positions at multiple notable hotels from The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove and Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal Budapest, to Meliá Santo Domingo Hotel & Casino and Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort.
