Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience in the luxury hospitality arena having worked with international one-of-a -kind hotels for over 13 years.
Most recently, Sarah served as the Global Director of Group Sales for Kempinski Hotels where she was charged with overseeing the MICE segment leading the team in reaching their goals, coordinating multiple US roadshows each year and increasing group sales for 75 Kempinski hotels.
Prior to her role with Kempinski, Sarah was the Director of Conference & Incentives, North America for Rocco Forte Hotels where she was responsible for the group sales efforts of 13 luxury hotels, managing key domestic accounts and increasing overall revenues across group agencies and corporate direct accounts. She additionally held roles at Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) where she was in charge of launching the deluxe division by targeting luxury agencies and high-profile corporate accounts in the US, Canada & Mexico.
In addition to holding a BA in Marketing Management from the ESC Business school in France Ms. Lechevalier has successfully completed several courses at the Wharton School of Business.
