Rafael Lozada joined ALICE as Implementations Director
A versatile leader with 15+ years of service delivery experience in technology-based companies, Rafael will help ALICE scale customer activation and ensure excellent service. Rafael’s fluency in both English and Spanish will also allow ALICE to accelerate product implementation in Mexico and the greater Central America region, where company sales have increased in recent months.
