John Lujan has been appointed Regional Chief Engineer at R.A. Rauch & Associates, Inc.
John Lujan has been promoted to Regional Chief Engineer of RAR Hospitality. This comes after an accomplished career within the company. Lujan became the Director of Engineering in 2013 and oversaw all facility maintenance including project management and capital improvement plans for many of RAR’s San Diego area hotels. He was then chosen to oversee the establishment and progression of facilities maintenance for the company’s fast-growing Arizona portfolio. During that time, he was responsible for project management of the multi-million dollar conversion of a 284-room Radisson Hotel Phoenix North. Lujan has a hands-on approach and leadership style that is imperative for the hospitality industry. Skilled in all trades, Lujan’s day-to-day duties are comprised of implementing preventive maintenance and training programs for the engineering teams across RAR’s portfolio as well as negotiating favorable pricing for all projects.
